To some, the hardest part of this journey is to identify what the heck they are meant to do with this life. To some, it is harder to actually implement the changes they know need to be done to live a life with the constant sense of purpose.

I am a firm believer that we should take a step every single day towards our dreams. That, my friends, is part of a plan. A step can be a one time big decision, a small investment, Or it can be a daily habit (consistency over intenisty):

  1. What are 5 good habits that I wish I had time and energy to do on a daily basis?
  2. What are 5 bad habits I wish I did not have as they take time, money or energy from my life?
  3. Look at 1 and 2 above. Which one good habit aligns the best with my sense of purpose in life? And what one bad habit is stopping me the most from living it? You can get help from the journaling about what you used to love doing as a child and your dream day.
  4. What do I need to find out or fix before I can start?

Now that is your first step. So when will you start? (HINT: Tomorrow means never)

Would you rather explore this and get an extensive action plan with a group of like-minded purpose seekers? On September 28th 2019, I will be hosting an in-person workshop near Edinburgh. Perfect if you feel completely lost or simply need to get crystal clear on your purpose. Together with beautiful yoga teacher and spiritual friend Romaine, we will explore this journey so thoroughly together, that you will come out of it with your unique action plan, feeling supported and confident to live an intentional life. Creating this space for you is actually perfectly descriptive of my very purpose, but I will get into that then. Places are limited to secure a safe and intimate atmosphere, so BOOK YOUR SPOT HERE. Can’t wait to see you there. If you have any questions, pop them over here and I will get in touch soon.
