To some, the hardest part of this journey is to identify what the heck they are meant to do with this life. To some, it is harder to actually implement the changes they know need to be done to live a life with the constant sense of purpose.
HEY FUTURE!
I am a firm believer that we should take a step every single day towards our dreams. That, my friends, is part of a plan. A step can be a one time big decision, a small investment, Or it can be a daily habit (consistency over intenisty):
- What are 5 good habits that I wish I had time and energy to do on a daily basis?
- What are 5 bad habits I wish I did not have as they take time, money or energy from my life?
- Look at 1 and 2 above. Which one good habit aligns the best with my sense of purpose in life? And what one bad habit is stopping me the most from living it? You can get help from the journaling about what you used to love doing as a child and your dream day.
- What do I need to find out or fix before I can start?
Now that is your first step. So when will you start? (HINT: Tomorrow means never)
